Kathy is Director of Worship Arts Ministries and also supports spiritual transformation and small group ministries. She works with planning, evaluation, and leadership of our worship services, including our monthly Service of Wholeness and Peace. She teaches adult spiritual formation classes and promotes the development of Christian community throughout the congregation.

Ministry Staff - Children & Family

Claudia Stillwaggon

Director of Children’s Ministries

Claudia is responsible for overseeing all children’s programs for children birth to 5th Grade. She works with a Children’s Ministry Team to develop Sunday Morning Programs, Child Care Ministry, Mid-Week Programs, Mission and Evangelism, Special Events, Programs and Ministries, and Christian Parenting.

Kelly works closely with Claudia Stillwaggon and the Children’s Ministries Team to oversee Sunday School, Childcare Ministry, and the special events, mission and evangelism programs that are designed to nuture children toward a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. She also works closely with the special needs program.

Mike's primary responsibilities include planning, coordination and administration of our youth programs at LCPC, grades 6th through 12th.

Operations Support Staff

Sylvester oversees the operations areas of LCPC including facilities, finance and communications. He also coordinates information flow and activities between Session, session committees, program staff, office staff and congregation members.

Patty Llerena

Communications Manager

Patty oversees all publications, visual communications, website, media relations/buying and marketing efforts to inform the church family, community and the world about the ministries, services, special events and stories of the lives that are being transformed at LCPC. She also supports our Volunteer Ministries for effective intra-church communication and community outreach.

Al Peters

Al oversees the daily operations of the physical plant, supervises the maintenance staff and contractors and is responsible for recruiting and encouraging volunteers in a variety of roles.

John O'Melia

Finance Manager

John assists the Treasurer of the church and the Finance Team in overseeing the financial operations of LCPC. He is responsible for personnel, benefit & payroll issues; budgets, financial reporting & bank reconciliations; and for maintaining the information and software for the Finance and Contribution/Membership systems. John provides financial data to the Director and TCC Team of The Children's Corner.
