OUR PHILOSOPHY
We provide a loving, Christian atmosphere - shared with the children by the staff through songs, stories, and child/teacher interaction. TCC is not only a caring center for children, but a learning center too. We are dedicated to providing a rich learning experience in a fun and exciting way!
The preschool experience is a first step in a long education process. We endeavor to make it as happy and stress-free as possible. Both our traditional nursery school and day care programs provide experiences that nurture pre-academic readiness skills. Individual assessment allows the staff to identify each child’s strengths and needs. Cognitive materials are presented at a rate appropriate to each child’s ability. |
 |
| The after-school program is a non-academic, structured, activity-based program that provides a secure environment for children of working parents. Age-appropriate activities include games, creative projects, physical activity and music.
At TCC, particular emphasis is placed on Christian beliefs and values that are taught through example, short Bible based stories, songs, artwork and drama. It is hoped that each child will learn to celebrate God’s love through Jesus, His Son, and to know Jesus as a friend.
We welcome and encourage parental participation! |

ACCREDITATION
TCC is licensed by the State of New Jersey and is accredited by The National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. A team of church members and the director govern the school.
Our preschool and after-school teachers have degrees in Education or comparable certification as deemed necessary by the State. All staff members receive background checks, fingerprinting, and must submit personal references prior to employment. TCC is well equipped to create an atmosphere conducive to meaningful learning. Our child/teacher ratio exceeds State requirements. |
