Joe oversees the daily operations of the physical plant, supervises the maintenance staff and contractors and is responsible for recruiting and encouraging volunteers in a variety of roles. Joe believes that every day he is alive is God's gift to him, and every day that he commits his life to help others is his gift back to God.
